Essential oils are also huge when it comes to help with anxiety and over all relaxation. These oils are so fantastic that can help calm the mind and promote relaxation when you are anxious or stressed.

Obviously, different essential oils do different things. It’s important to use the correct oils for each situation. Check out below two different essential oil blends that will certainly do the trick and help you relax best.

Recipe ingredients

Relaxation Massage Oil
 4 drops Lavender
 1 drop Petitgrain
 1 drop Frankincense
 6 tsp carrier oil
Stress Relief Massage Oil
 2 drops Lavender
 1 drop ylang ylang
 2 drops petitgrain
 5 tsp carrier oil

Recipe directions

Relaxation Massage Oil
1

4 drops of Lavender, 1 drop of Petitgrain and 1 drop of Frankincense. Add the essential oil to 6 tsp of massage base. Add to a warm bath or use for a relaxing massage blend

Stress Relief Massage Oil
2

Add 2 drops lavender, 1 drop ylang ylang and 2 drops petitgrain to 5 teaspoons to any plain base/carrier oil.

Stir gently to mix and massage into body
