 3 drops marjoram
 2 drops lemon
Sore Muscle Soak
 1 cup Epsom salts
 3 drops lavender
 3 drops juniper
 2 drops peppermint
 2 drops black pepper
Rheumatism blend for bath
 24 drops cypress
 16 drops rosemary or marjoram
 12 drops juniper
 12 drops roman chamomile
A De-Stressing Bath
 3 drops Lavender
 3 drops Ylang Ylang
 2 drops Basil
 2 drops Geranium
 2 drops Grapefruit

Simply add the essential oils to your bath and enjoy. Be sure to massage your sore muscles while bathing.

Sore Muscle Soak

Fill tub with warm water

While tub fills pour your epsom salts into a small non-reactive bowl

Next add 1 drop of a time of your essential oils, stirring as you go

Once oils and salts are thoroughly mixed add to your tub

Agitate and disperse oils

Soak in the tub for 30 minutes, gently massaging your sore muscles as you soak

Fill your tub with warm water

While filling combine 1 tsp milk and 4 to 6 drops of your oil blend in a non-reactive bowl

Add mixture to tub and agitate and disperse oil

Soak for 30 minutes, massaging any floating droplets of oil into your sore muscles

A De-Stressing Bath

Fill Tub with warm water, add the essential oils. Close the bathroom door and enjoy and
